Charming Stay with a Touch of Luxury
We enjoyed a delightful evening celebrating a special occasion. The interior décor was beautiful, and the staff truly pampered us with extra touches like complimentary drinks. The restaurant offered a varied menu, which made dining a pleasure. If you're keen on a quieter space, consider requesting a room away from the lively upstairs.

The room was spacious and impressively decorated. The cozy courtyard was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I really loved relaxing on the sun terrace and enjoying the gorgeous garden area. Just a heads up, the bed felt a bit firm for my liking, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Charming historical ambiance with excellent breakfast
I enjoyed the gorgeous Victorian architecture and the warm ambiance created by the cozy wooden beams during my stay. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of delicious options, especially for the promotional price of £10. the noise from other rooms was a bit disturbing at times and could be improved.

missingWrote a review on 10 Junfamily roomfriendly staffcleaning inconsistencylimited channels
I had a lovely time in the family room. The space was just right for us. Staff welcomed us with smiles and offered help whenever needed. Breakfast had a good variety, but the coffee could be better. The location was a bonus with easy access to coffee shops around. On the downside, I noticed the shower could have used a better clean. We returned to our suite one evening to find it hadn’t been made up, and housekeeping had already gone home. They did bring fresh towels but missed some cleaning overall. The TV also had limited channels. Little things like these can be easily fixed but made an impact on our stay. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and spacious family rooms, but I hope they address those smaller issues soon.
